Our Founder

Deborah Razo
WREN Founder, Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor, Believer that all things are possible!.
Always an independent spirit, Deborah started her first business in 1990. After owning several businesses, she realized in 2009 that her path to financial freedom was through real estate investing and her personal mission to teach others who seek growth and want to live life fully!
In addition to her degree from UCLA , Deborah expanded her investing education with a series of intensive workshops. It felt like a natural transition to shift gears from her design firm to a booming rehab and development business.
After a several years as an investor she craved to hang around some rock star real estate women. She decided to invite a few full time real estate investor women to brunch. Everyone had such a great time sharing knowledge and resources that the meetings continued. They were flippers, buy and hold investors, note investors, lenders. We’ve been meeting ever since and expanding to educating other women on how to be successful in this business.
Here greatest joy comes from hearing the stories of how this community is helping each other succeed. People finding financial “friends” or sharing resources to help each other out, but most of all hearing the testimonials of young women who now have other role models they can identify with, look up to and reach out to for support.
“WREN Women are educated and motivated and have been under served in most industries. Real Estate is no different, but now, with WREN, things are changing” – Deborah Razo
