WREN…She went from project manager to flipper to developer… find out more!

Have you ever thought of developing a project?  Wanna meet a real estate chick that has?  Come out and meet Lindy Wishard, developer, flipper and all around real estate queen.

Lindy will share case studies on three row house development projects, including how the deals were acquired, financed, their outcomes, and some cautionary tales from the world of construction.

For the past five years, Lindy Wishard, and her business partner, Brett Faulds, have been acquiring real estate in the Seattle area. Their company, Build with Style, has completed over 15 single-family fix and flips, apartment building rehabs, and the construction of more than 28 row house units. Together they raise capital for the company and manage deal review and acquisition.  Find out how her background in visual design and project management prepared her to take the lead coordinating architecture, interiors, and construction management.

This is a no sales pitch, no fluff event! It’s authentic conversations and connections, priceless knowledge and real-life real estate hacks you need to succeed.

At the Women’s Real Estate Network (WREN) we come together to swap ideas, share stories, and spark inspiration. Oh, and have FUN while doing it!  We create an environment where women in real estate thrive and excel!  We attract amazing female real estate professionals, flippers, lenders, syndicators and developers who want to empower and collaborate with other women and learn from each other.

When you put yourself in the same space as successful entrepreneurs and real estate investors you have a greater chance of becoming like them.  As it turns out, the people you surround yourself with and the information they share can be the difference between losing money and making hundreds of thousands of dollars (if not millions).

RSVP today! And don’t forget to bring a girlfriend.
