About Our Speaker Christine Kwon

Christine Kwon is a co-founder of ROCK Property Investment LLC (https://www.facebook.com/ROCKpi.LLC/).  She and her partner focus on flips and rentals in the Washington state and been very active since they found the firm in Aug 2015.  They purchased 15 properties in 2016 and successfully renovated, sold and rented out, and they plan to double this year.  Christine’s flips typically net around $30k for cosmetics and $90k for gut jobs and had no negative profits!  Her rentals typically meet the 1% rule and 8% cap rate.  Christine is no stranger to the real-estate world.  Her parents were general contractors, and most of her siblings also work in construction.  Christine holds a real-estate license which brings more tools and insights to her business.  Christine also has a full-time job with Amazon as an IT architect.  She previously worked for fortune 500 companies in east coast as an architect prior to joining Amazon.  Christine is married and has three beautiful daughters (4 years and under) and they currently reside in Renton, WA.
