When Maria and her husband started investing in real estate ,Maria was able to replace her income as a trauma nurse in less than 45 days and made over $200,000 in their first 6 months investing.

Maria continues to be active real estate investor today. They have a growing rental portfolio, do fix and flips, new home construction and minor land divisions, as well as creative real estate deals.
